Special On The Scalp bleach is used for direct contact for the scalp, and regular hair bleach is used on the ends.
The ends are usually bleached first, then the hair closer to the scalp to achieve a safer all over consistent tone.
Platinum isn't promised on the first try. You may need a couple of appointments to achieve a goal.
